"Nighttime on the Prairie"

Based on a stage by the North Alabama Regulators

 

Scenario
You're standing night guard when you see wolves sneakin' down the hillside towards the cattle. You unlimber your rifle and blaze away at the varmints. When you shoot the rifle dry, you switch to your pistol to finish 'em off.

Ammo
10 Pistol, 10 Rifle, 4+ shotgun

Starting Position
Standing behind the hay bale, rifle safely held at Port Arms, two safely holstered pistols loaded with five rounds each, shotgun safely staged on hay bale.

Procedure
When ready, say "Git away from my dogies, ya mangy wolves!"

At the buzzer, with ten rounds, engage each rifle target at least three times.

Make rifle safe and, with ten rounds, engage each pistol target at least three times.

Make pistols safe and engage shotgun targets twice each, alternating targets between shots.
