"Savin' Gus"

Scenario

Old Driftwood's playin' Poker at the Ugly Dog Saloon with three colorful characters. The cards have been in his favor for most of the night and these guys don't take kindly to losing their poke to a dude. As they leave the saloon they grab Gus, Driftwood's faithful companion, and head outta town. Driftwood grabs his scattergun and goes off in pursuit catchin' up with them in a box canyon. "Now you boys hand my dog over and there will be no trouble!" he says, but the three nasty dog nappers start laughing. "If you want this ugly pup come in a shootin'!" is their reply. So he does… |

Ammo 10 Pistol, 4+ shotgun
Starting Position
Two pistols safely staged on table loaded with five rounds each. Shotgun safely staged on second table, at least four shotshells on your person.
Procedure
When ready, say "No one calls my widdle boy ugly. Draw!" At the buzzer, while remaining seated, engage the red, white, or blue pistol targets in the order corresponding to the color of the poker chips you've drawn. Repeat. Stand up and engage shotgun targets twice each - no double-taps. Note: Pistols, once shot, go back on the table. |
